WAMM Group origins reach the year 2000. At present two companies, forming the Group,
WAMM Consulting and AJM Property operate in real estate sector.
The founder had the great opportunity to put in contribution in business development of such corporations and companies like:

• • TK Development Polska SA,


• • Angel Group,


• • Akron Group - group of real estate funds,

In all these organizations he was one of the first of their team members in Poland.

Since 2005  WAMM Consulting and personally its Founder, executing services focused on asset management for Akron Group, on the basis of the agreement with Akron Management PL, managed successfully several out of the most prestigious A-class buildings such as:

• • Warsaw Trade Tower – the highest office building in Poland,


• • Europlex – mixed use complex in Warsaw,


• • Manhattan Office and Distribution Center,


• • and a few others including two ETC shopping centres.

The company use asset management as the mean for real estate portfolio value increase and to be ahead of the market standards. Active real estate management ensures that buildings remain in state-of-the-art, with the optimal tenant structure presenting opportunity for value appreciation.
WAMM Consulting is also ready to help in establishment of the new structures of the companies entering Polish real estate market and in passing through related to it, complicated processes and procedures.

The second company within WAMM Group - AJM Property is focused on real estate brokerage services aiming mainly at sales and acquisitions, as well as letting of the commercial properties in Poland.
